Automatic System for Processing Greenhouse Tubes: Tie Rods, Support Tie Rods, and Ridges

The OPM automatic machine is designed to produce tie rods, support tie rods, and ridges for the construction of greenhouses. This high-efficiency system processes greenhouse tubes with diameters of Ø27, Ø32, Ø42, and Ø48 mm and lengths up to 10 meters.

Greenhouse Tube Processing Made Simple

The machine processes iron tubes with thicknesses ranging from 1.2 to 2 mm. It produces key components for greenhouse frames:

Each tube is cut precisely at both ends (head and tail). As a result, the system can produce up to 1,000 pieces per day, depending on the tube length.

Easy and Automated Operation

Once the operator loads the tubes and sets the production parameters on the PLC, the machine starts automatically. The user selects the required die, enters the desired tube length and quantity, and presses START.

The tubes move through the roller conveyors to the processing unit. Then, the machine performs the end processing automatically. Finally, it transfers the finished tubes to the collector via the pneumatic chute.

Industry 4.0 Ready

In addition to full automation, the machine supports Industry 4.0 standards. Operators can monitor production data and machine status in real time using a connected computer. This feature ensures greater efficiency and traceability.
