Our robotic plasma cutting system is an automated and versatile solution for processing metal profiles. It is designed to work on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials, ensuring high-precision results.
Thanks to 7-axis movement, the robotic system can perform cuts and engravings on flat and angled surfaces with extreme accuracy. The system includes two anthropomorphic robots equipped with plasma cutting heads. They can also process sheets placed on additional tables, improving flexibility and efficiency.
The profile is configured through proprietary software. Operators can define section, length, and machining on each side. The entire cutting cycle is fully automatic: the plasma robot positions and cuts the profile following the program, eliminating manual errors and optimizing production time.
The robotic system uses the tilting capability of the robot and torch to perform diagonal cuts on rectangular, square, and tubular profiles. The result is a clean cut, free from burrs or impurities, ideal for high-quality finishing.
A high-performance plasma cutting generator ensures fast cutting speeds and excellent thermal control. This prevents deformations and makes the system perfect for efficient light metal carpentry production.
The robotic plasma cutting system is designed for seamless integration into Industry 4.0 and 5.0 environments. It allows real-time monitoring of production data, remote control via Ethernet interface, and connection with company management software.
With data collection and analysis, production cycles can be optimized, downtime reduced, and anomalies anticipated. In Industry 5.0, focus extends to operator well-being and sustainability, thanks to user-friendly interfaces, noise reduction, and optimized energy consumption.
Autodesk PowerMill is a high-performance CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software designed for advanced programming of multi-axis CNC machines and industrial robots. It is used to generate highly accurate toolpaths on complex geometries, improving both efficiency and machining quality.

Within the OPM robotic plasma cutting system for metal profiles, PowerMill has played a key role as a programming and control platform.
