The new oPm collector for spacers for formwork is designed to integrate seamlessly with the automatic machine, simplifying the bagging process and reducing the operator’s workload.

The automatic bagger is equipped with 17 slots for bags: the operator only needs 5 minutes to load them and start the production of spacers for formwork via the PLC.

The machine automatically starts operating at a speed of 45-50 pieces per minute, allowing the operator to focus on other business tasks. Once all bags are full, the machine alerts the operator with an audible signal. After emptying the machine and loading new bags, the operator can restart the spacer production by pressing a button on the control panel next to the collector.
