The 7-axis machining centre can machine flat and inclined surfaces. It consists of 2 anthropomorphic ROBOTS with plasma cutting head and is able to perform numerous processes even on flat sheets placed on an additional workbench.
Thanks to the Dedicated Proprietary Software you set the section of the profile you want to machine, its length and the machining operations you want to perform on each face.
When machining is activated, the profile will be moved automatically so that the robot can work on the 3 faces of the profile as smoothly as possible.
The inclination of the robot with the plasma torch also allows machining to be carried out diagonally on the 3 faces of the profile and on circular tubes, guaranteeing an excellent finish without burrs or impurities, always obtaining an excellent product finish with reduced operating times.
The use of a high quality plasma generator makes it possible to work at high feed speeds without heating the profile, which does not undergo any deformation.
