The OPM profiling machine is designed to produce, through automatic processing, accessories for the chimney industry. In terms of both versatility and production speed, the machine is able to meet the many requirements of manufacturers of supports and accessories for chimney systems. Hydraulic system for profiling, calendering and cutting to length of flue collars. The machine consists of 2 shapes that can be obtained without the need to change the roller set, and produces various sizes of profiled clamps and rings. In addition to the machine, the system consists of a coil unwinder and straightener and a hydraulic control unit. It is also equipped with a computerised control system and electrical system. The machine produces different sizes of cable ties completely customised with production batches and company branding.
